AppleGrove Restaurants was founded in 1984 when Steve Grove became one of the founding franchisees of Applebee's. We opened our first restaurant in Columbus, Georgia in 1985. We entered into the Colorado market in 1990 opening our Tamarac restaurant in Denver. In 1999, we acquired a number of West Coast area restaurants making us one of the largest franchisees of Applebee's, with over 100 restaurants.

We offer a base salary for each level of management along with a bonus program for General Managers, Associate Managers, and Assistant Managers. We provide quarterly performance reviews with quarterly bonuses paid to those on the bonus program based on their excellence in standards, sales, and operating profits.
