Our company was founded over 25 years ago and has steadily grown in size and diversity. The corporate headquarters are located in Crestview Hills, Kentucky with satellite offices in Ft. Wayne, Indiana (Apple Sauce) and Chicago, Illinois (AppleILLINOIS). Apple Sauce, Inc., & Affiliates, is a major franchisee of Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar. We operate these restaurants in northern Indiana, greater Chicagoland area, northwest Ohio, and southern Florida. The Applebee's concept combines quick service, convenience and value with the adult atmosphere, menu variety, and beverages associated with full-service dining. Apple Sauce, Inc. was founded in 1992 and currently manages the operation of 33 Applebee's restaurants in these regions.
AppleILLINOIS, LLC & Affiliates, is also a franchisee of Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar. It was formed as a partnership in 1998 to expand our operations into the Chicago market. This has added another 40 restaurants to our Applebee's "family".
