Key Accountabilities:
1. Create and implement core IT & POS related strategies for a specific brand group. Determine needs and solutions for short and long-term IT/POS deployments across the brand. Manage short and long-term SLAs, projects, escalations and issues while focusing on long-term continuous improvement in data quality, capture and data conversion to useful information for better decision making.
2. Based on client business needs, create Brand Systems solutions and translate those solutions into viable IT task and project plans. As a partner with the business and IT, implement solutions in a timely and fiscally prudent manner. Manage contract administration for managed services for Brand Systems functions.
3. Develop and implement long-term Brand Systems strategies that improve restaurant operations, enhance the guest experience and drives additional revenue and margin at the restaurant level. Create and evangelize solutions across the franchise community leading to system-wide adoption.
4. As a member of the IT and business Unit leadership team, seek opportunities to improve business results through the use of professional level information management techniques. Be a leader, not a follower.
5. Develop; maintain phenomenal client based relationships with core business leaders of a particular brand. As a business partner, take accountability for business success or failure. Rise above circumstances to find solutions as a trusted advisor.
Ideal candidate will have:
EDUCATION, TRAINING & CERTIFICATION:
Required: BS Information management, computer science or business administration.
Desired: MBA or MS Information Management preferred; PMP or other project related certification.
EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR ROLE OR FUNCTION:
Required: 10-15 years experience in a technical account management or consulting role with expert level experience in multi-unit POS systems, decentralized computer solutions mgt. and large scale data center based computing.
Required: 5-10 years general business experience in a leadership role with heavy interaction with senior executives or business owners.
