Ideal candidate will have:
-High School diploma and at least 2 years of college
-Ability to type 35 words per minute with 95% Accuracy
-Working knowledge of computer
-One year experience fielding inbound calls in a Consumer Service Call Center
-One year experience with Applebee's International, Inc. or restaurant industry
-Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills desired
-Several years experience with Applebee's International, Inc. or restaurant industry desired
Key Accountabilities:
--Solid verbal and written communication
--Ability to talk and type simultaneously without negatively impacting conversation or data-entry capturing the essence of reason for guest contact
--Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
--Promote and Maintain a Positive Image of Applebee's with internal and external customers
--Take responsibility for resolving Guest Issues whenever possible and/or whenever process dictates
--Communicate w/ appropriate internal resources to resolve Guest needs
--Coordinate all follow up contacts
--Reports
--Guest Relations Database Maintenance
